Venus Zine Official Contest Rules

• Venus Zine retains the right to replace any prize with a Gift Certificate of the same value.

• All promotions are governed by and are subject to all applicable United States federal, state, and local laws.

• Any entrant who is under the age of 18 and/or a minor in his or her state of residence must have permission of parent or legal guardian to enter. Click here to download the parental permission form.

• Contest entries containing offensive material will be disqualified. Offensive material includes but is not limited to: racist or sexist language, profanity and sexually-explicit material.

• Venus Holdings LLC will share rights with you for all contest-generated content. By entering this contest you hereby grant permission to share perpetual nonexclusive rights of each work, throughout the universe, in any and all media and forms of publication, reproduction, transmission, distribution, performance, or display now in existence and hereafter developed, to Venus Zine, venuszine.com, and Venus Holdings LLC. Venus Zine, venuszine.com, and Venus Holdings LLC may use your name and likeness in publishing, promoting, marketing, advertising, and publicizing its publication, digital products, and information products and services, and in merchandising.

• No purchase is necessary to enter a contest unless otherwise indicated in the contest release.

• Upload your photos below. Please keep file size under 500k. Files must be labeled as FirstName_LastName.jpg in order to be eligible. If submitting multiple entries, please use numerals. For example: John_Smith1.jpg, John_Smith2.jpg, John_Smith3.jpg.

• By entering One Inch: A Button Design Contest, you agree that should your design be selected as a winner, you hereby grant permission for Venus Zine and Busy Beaver Button Co. to produce and sell buttons featuring your design.

• The contest is open to U.S. residents only.
