Teuscher's champagne truffles turned me into a firm believer in the healing power of chocolate.
The
Swiss company makes them with Dom Perignon. Dark chocolate
ganache and a milk chocolate coating reveal a creamy center. They melt
in your mouth (but also in your hand), are as smooth as butter, and
taste like what heaven should. Just one warning: don't eat these in
public – from your look of pure delight, people will want you to share.
