Sarah Collins loves Ikea's EXPEDIT

There comes a point with every record collection where using plastic crates as storage is no longer an option. For some of us, this happens sooner rather than later. That’s where Ikea's EXPEDIT comes in.

The shelves are sold as modular storage, but using them for books hides the genius of the 13×13×13 inch shelves. They are the perfect record shelves. And don’t be intimidated by the wall-sized, 25-cube shelves. EXPEDIT comes in a variety of colors and configurations, some as small as four cubes, so your record collection can look professional no matter its size.
