Katherine Hoffert loves Mirah & Thao Nguyen at Noise Pop Festival

Collaborations are the name of the game at this year’s Noise Pop Festival, and what could be a more delightful pairing than Mirah and Thao Nguyen? Sharing a mutual love for macrobiotic food and a distinct way with words, these two San Francisco transplants will cover each other’s songs and bring out the full arsenal of instruments for this special collaborative performance. Each captivating in their own right — Mirah with her sweet, melodious charm and Nguyen with her raw, bluesy swagger — the collective presence of these indie folk artists is sure to be absolutely radiant in the warm, living-room intimacy of the Swedish American Music Hall.
