You’ve checked out their astrological readings in the pages of Venus, but did you know that AstroTwins Ophira and Tali Edut are both feminist authors, public speakers, and owners of the media consulting firm Mediarology?

The New York twins give a Tiger Beat-style breakdown about working together, Hollywood astrology, and their miniature dachshunds, Wendell and Seymour.

MYSTIFYING TWIN MOMENTS
Tali Edut: After not seeing each other for six months, we flew home to Detroit over Thanksgiving. When we got off the plane, we were both wearing light blue T-shirts, orange pullovers, and gray tennis shoes. Who wears that? We shared a gym membership during poorer days, too. Ophi “lost” her card and needed a new one. We just never worked out at the same time! And we’ve both walked into mirrors thinking we were talking to ourselves.

WORK TOGETHER, PLAY TOGETHER
Ophi Edut: Mostly, we love working together, and although we argue, it never lasts long. Tali does a lot of the art and creative stuff, and I handle a lot of the business stuff, though we interchange. We have good communication, so we can “coffee talk” about any fights. Sometimes we spend too much time on the phone.

T.E. We do a lot of work out of our individual apartments with the doxies, so it’s not like we’re together all the time. I live with Wendell, who is 5 years old, and Ophi lives with Seymour, who’s almost 2 years old. Ophi got sick of being an aunt and saw Seymour in a store window. She asked to hold him and the rest is history.

T.E.: Beyoncé. She let me do a romantic compatibility chart for her and Jay-Z before they publicly announced that they were dating.

LOVE FOR THE MINI DOXIES
O.E.: When we were kids, a family friend had a doxie named Skipper who sat on a chair with the family at dinner and politely ate bologna off a plate. We thought that was so cute and always loved the breed. They’re endearingly bizarre with their long bodies.
