Anne Brindle loves Beangrowers at SXSW

Beangrowers is likely one of the first indie bands to break out of Malta, a tiny country located near Italy. The trio, fronted by vocalist-guitarists Alison Galea, performs at 8 p.m. for their label’s showcase. Minty Fresh Night also includes labelmates Ezra Furman & the Harpoons, White Shoes & the Couples Company, and Alamo Race Track.
