I must say — I'm disappointed that they're announcing this gem in the schedule, but hey, it's bound to be a great, intimate showcase, even if it'll be packed. Last year, we heard of Ben Harper doing the same thing through word of mouth, meaning a smaller crowd and a bigger "wow" factor. But the best part is that the festival is so kid-friendly that sweaty teens weren't allowed up front to hound Ben Harper with their camera phones — they left that entire space for kids to wiggle and walk around in. And boy, did those tots love their Harper. Catch Tweedy playing at 2:45 p.m. Friday on the Kidz stage.
