Dorothy Gambrell has been ladling out chicken soup for the damned with her web comic Cat and Girl for 10 years. The titular brooding damsel and her turtleneck-wearing feline roommate take on everything from indie-pop to the moral compromise of modern life each Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday when they aren't taking balloon rides. It's a healing broth especially soothing for those condemned souls who live in Brooklyn and have useless graduate degrees.
