Leah Urbom loves Santigold at Lollapalooza

Despite the confusing name change, Santigold’s music remains the same — as does the need to see the Brooklyn-based singer during her Saturday Lollapalooza set. Now touring with a full band, we can be assured that the indie-rock-electro-pop-reggae-tinged tracks from her 2008 debut, Santogold, will sound full and fresh. And hopefully the audience will be treated to some new material as well, since Santigold is reportedly in the midst of recording a new album.
Santigold performs at 5:30 p.m. at the PlayStation Stage.
