Jill Russell loves the Buried Life

I sometimes wonder if I'm wasting my days here on earth. That's why I really respect Ben, Dave, Duncan, and Jonnie, the heroes of MTV's The Buried Life. (The title comes from Matthew Arnold's 1852 poem referring to the day-to-day crap that "buries" what you're really passionate about in life.)
After penning a list of 100 to-do's, the foursome set off on a journey to check 'em off, one by one. Items run the gamut from straightforward (#44 - "Catch something and eat it") to ambitious (#33 - "Hold public office somewhere") to amusing (#24 - "Go to a rock concert in all leather"), and for each goal completed, the boys help a stranger tackle a dream or wish. What really elevates the show is the chemistry between these guys. They'll make you root for them—and perhaps even inspire you to go after everything you want, no matter how trivial it may seem. As they write on theburiedlfe.com, "Why wait?"
