Link Love: Jen Wallace of Indie Fixx

Surprisingly, I don’t actually have a lot of time to read other blogs. I know, that’s like the novelist who doesn’t read or the chef who doesn’t eat, right? There are about a dozen or so blogs that I do try to keep up with on a fairly regular basis though and I’ve included some of those here. They are an eclectic mix, kinda like me. I hope you can discover some new reads!

(Into) the Fray

I love fashion and crafting and Ambika combines both on her blog. I also love her taste and how she’s not afraid to poke fun at herself, which I think is a good quality to have.

Creature Comforts

I love Ez’s style and taste! I’m actually a little bit jealous of her too…I wish I had such fabulous style sense! Maybe I can develop some by living vicariously through her blog.

Craft Sanity
www.craftsanity.com
While I work, I love to listen to the podcast interviews by Jennifer Ackerman-Hayward with the crafty movers and shakers of the world. They always get me so inspired, and I’ve learned so much about some of my favorite crafty supastars!

SuperNaturale
supernaturale.com
Dedicated to DIY culture, there’s a blog, forum, articles, projects, and more. I’m an editor for Glimmer (the blog), so I may be a little biased about how super SuperNaturale is.

Whip Up
whipup.net
A crafty clearinghouse of crafty goodness! If you are looking for a project idea, some inspiration, or a tutorial, you will find it at Whip Up. Be forewarned, it’s a time suck!

Jen Wallace writes the blog Indie Fixx, an editorial site dedicated to promoting independent art, design, and craft and to fostering creativity and the DIY spirit. It’s a little bit irreverent, a little bit sassy, and a lot of fun.
